She was very quick to respond to my interest in the property and I think it was this that ultimately landed me the property in a region with a tight housing market. I simply expressed high interest in the property and, because I was out of town, she went right over to view the neighborhood and the outside of the home and the yard. Ali is the hardest-working Realtor®️ in the market. I knew she was good, but she stepped up in a big way handling the selling of our home as well as buying a new one. We by no means made it easy either. She sold our house in October for 11k over the list price in 3 days. An issue came up during inspections and the buyers backed out. Ali went into overdrive and called in her army of connections. She had amazing contractors at our house at the ready to make any and all repairs. She was even there to support us filing a suit against the contractor who caused the issues with our home sale. She convinced us to also make a couple of other upgrades to the house before we put it back up. We put the house up again after the holidays. She had it sold in less than 24 hours for 15k over the asking price. Our home purchase was just as complicated. We wanted a home that we knew the owners were going to be awful to negotiate with.
